DESCRIPTION
Qigong practitioners worldwide practise this martial art to strengthen their body’s internal energy and to gain longevity through the willing manipulation of the body’s life force Qi. Yin yogis manipulate and strengthen their meridian system through the stretching of the meridians in the yin poses. The combination of these two powerful ancient Taoist practices create a balanced body and mind connection, drawing the practitioner deeper into the spiritual realm.
This comprehensive training is designed in accordance with the requirements for registration with Yoga Alliance USA. Upon graduation, students may apply directly with Yoga Alliance USA for “YACEP” status or accumulate these hours towards Yinspiration’s 300hrs certification with Yoga Alliance.
