Our Team

Dominik Trznadel

Dominik’s journey into yoga began not in a traditional studio, but through a deep passion for culture, philosophy, and mindfulness. In 2008, he embarked on his academic journey, studying Cultural Anthropology at the University of East London. His curiosity led him further east, and in 2012, Dominik moved to southern China to immerse himself in Eastern Philosophy, Chinese Medicine, and the art of chi cultivation.

It was in China that Dominik discovered yin yoga, a practice that resonated deeply with his minimalist approach to life. He completed his first teacher training under the guidance of Jo Phee in Shanghai, where he found yin yoga to be the perfect practice for inner connection and meaningful engagement with others.

Dominik spent over seven years in China, fully dedicating himself to the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which now forms the core of his yin yoga practice. With a background in social anthropology, meditation, and extensive travel to over 30 countries, Dominik brings a rich tapestry of life experience to his teaching.

Since 2016, Dominik has embraced the role of teacher trainer, while remaining a lifelong student of the practice. As a Senior Assistant to Jo Phee, he has accumulated over 1,000 hours of teacher training experience with the Yinspiration Founder, both as a student and teaching assistant. He is an E-RYT 500 trainer and a registered YACEP, with a passion for sharing the transformative power of yin yoga and TCM. To date, Dominik has trained and inspired hundreds of students, guiding them on their own journeys of self-discovery and healing through yin yoga.
